Introducing the Chicken Sausage

To say we’re pleased with the new addition to our market is an understatement. The sausage is majority chicken with pork belly to maintain a succulent mouthful. Sun-dried tomatoes, basil and garlic with a little red wine add a richness to the flavour resulted in selling out at our Saturday market in Parliament Hill before making it elsewhere. The next step will be the Turkey superfood sausage which is under consideration as I type.

We’re cooking up a storm at London Farmers Markets with our rotisserie trailer thanks to Henrietta Green at Food Lovers Britain You can come and see us at Queens Park and Parliament Hill where our sweet sticky hot cooked chicken is flying off the spit and going down well with the locals. People are also enjoying the aromatic jerk drumsticks and spicy cajun wings which are new to the market.
