Our simple and delicious stuffing is handmade in our kitchen with gluten-free Rusk. It’s the perfect trimming for any of our free range birds including turkey, goose, cockerel and chicken.
We especially like to pair our lemon stuffing with our free range turkey.
150g typically dried weight
Decant into a large mixing bowl.
Add 250ml boiling water or stock, 25g Butter and 1 Egg and mix thoroughly.
Cover and leave for 5-10 mins to allow the liquid to be absorbed.
Bake in a greased tray for 20-25 mins at 190°C.
