Our friends at Joseph Morris Butchers provide our English ribeye steaks that are locally sourced from livestock on Leicestershire farms.

Considered one of the tastiest and most elegantly flavoured of steaks, our ribeye cuts have been dry-aged for 21 to 28 days to create a more intense flavour and increased tenderness. The marbled fat found throughout renders down during cooking, which bastes the meat with delicious, beefy goodness.

Each pack contains 2 x ribeye steaks that are typically cut to 1 inch in thickness.

Joseph Morris Butchers is now in its third generation. They source all their livestock from local farms in Leicestershire. This practice not only supports the local farming community, but also ensures uniformity in the quality of the meat. Animal welfare is one of their main priorities and so short travelling distances also minimises stress for the animals.
