Method
Decant into a large mixing bowl. Add 250ml boiling water or stock, 25g butter and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly. Cover and leave for 5-10 mins to allow the liquid to be absorbed. Bake in a greased tray for 20-25 mins at 190°C.
