Our simple and delicious gluten-free stuffing is handmade in our kitchen. It’s the perfect trimming for any of our free range birds including turkey, goose, cockerel and chicken.

We especially like to pair our Apple stuffing with our free range duck and goose.

Cooking Tips

Decant into a large mixing bowl.
Add 250ml boiling water or stock, 25g Butter and 1 Egg and mix thoroughly.
Cover and leave for 5-10 mins to allow the liquid to be absorbed.
Bake in a greased tray for 20-25 mins at 190°C.
