Free Standard Delivery when you spend £80

To Mainland UK

We offer Standard Tracked Delivery 8am – 6pm* via DPD (Usually £5.95).

We deliver every Friday throughout the year to Mainland UK, though this may differ during holiday periods. We’re pleased to say there is no minimum spend for deliveries!

Additional holiday deliveries in 2023 include:

  • ThanksgivingTues 21st, Wed 22nd,Thurs 23th & Fri 24th November

  • ChristmasWed 20th, Thurs 21st & Friday 22nd December

  • New YearFriday 29th December

We deliver to the following Scottish Highlands postcodes on a Two Day Service at a flat rate of £16.95.

  • Christmaswill be posted out Tuesday 19th to arrive Thursday 21st December.

  • New Yeardue to Bank Holidays we can’t guarantee delivery, so please order pre Christmas and freeze.

*This means your delivery can take up to two days to deliver. It will arrive by Friday, but could get to you on Thursday. Please look out for your delivery notification from DPD.

FAQs

When and where do you deliver?

We make deliveries weekly on a Friday to the whole of mainland UK and parts of the Scottish Highlands.

Currently we cannot deliver to some parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Island or anywhere offshore. These postcodes include:

KW15-KW17, HS, ZE, JE, GY, BT, IM

Can I collect?

You can collect from our Farm Gate on Fridays 10am-4.30pm for free. Please order and pay online in advance, by 9am Wednesday for collection of that week.

You can also collect from our markets for free. See which markets we are attending on our markets page and make your selection on the check-out. Orders must be made by 9am Friday for any market collection of that week.

What is the cut-off for placing orders?

Please make your order as soon as you can. Below are the cut-off times for ordering, however during busy periods we may close the weeks orders early.

Wednesday 9am: shop closes for Friday delivery and farmgate collections
Friday 9am: shop closes for weekend market collections

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll need a minimum of 3 working days before the delivery or pickup date of your order to make any changes to it.

We’ll let you know if the change is possible and if this affects the price of your order, the timing of supply etc. and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

How DPD’s delivery works

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Fosse Meadows Farm.

You will receive a delivery confirmation email from DPD the day before your delivery,

On the day your order is despatched you will receive a text or an email from DPD giving you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery. This text can be sent any time up to 11am on your delivery day.

Can I change my delivery time?

If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place. Please follow the instructions given in your delivery confirmation sent by DPD. 

Can my order be left safe?

There is no need for you to be home when your delivery arrives. Just tell us somewhere safe to leave your order, like a shed, garage or porch. Simply pop your instructions in the delivery instructions box when you complete your order (maximum 50 characters).

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If DPD has not delivered your order correctly, please get in contact with their help centre. They are the best people to contact as they can quickly and directly get in touch with local depots and drivers and chase your delivery. Call their team on 0121 275 0500 or visit their website here.

Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Fosse Meadows Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
