When and where do you deliver?
We make home deliveries weekly on Thursdays and Fridays. We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, the Channel Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands.
Can I collect?
You can collect from our Farm Gate on Thursdays at no cost. Please order and pay online in advance, before 9am on Tuesday for collection of that week.
You can also collect from our markets at no cost. See which markets we are attending on our markets page and make your selection on the check-out. Orders must be made by 12pm Friday for market collection of that week.
What is the cut-off for home delivery?
Online orders must be made by 9am Tuesdays for delivery of that week. We close our online shop on Tuesdays while we re-stock, so it’s best to come back from Wednesday to make an order for the following week(s).
Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll need a minimum of 4 working days before the delivery of your order to make any changes to it.
We’ll let you know if the change is possible and if this affects the price of your order, the timing of supply etc. and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
How home delivery works
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email from Fosse Meadows Farm.
When we print your delivery label (usually 1-2 days before your delivery date) you will receive a delivery confirmation email from DPD.
On the day your order is despatched you will receive a text or an email from DPD giving you your live tracking code and an estimated time of delivery.
Can I change my delivery time?
If your plans change and you’re not able to sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place or collect your parcel from a local pickup shop (restrictions apply to the last option).
Can my order be left safe?
There is no need for you to be home when your delivery arrives. Just tell us somewhere safe to leave your order, like a shed, garage or porch. Simply pop your instructions in the comments box when you complete your order.
Alternatively, you can contact our delivery partner using the tracking code sent once your item has been dispatched and make alternative arrangements if you suddenly need to be out.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Please note while we endeavour to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Fosse Meadows Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact our us on 01858 88 1000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concerns.
