Over the pandemic my Dad became an amateur apiarist and with a little help from some friends started 6 bee hives.

A small family affair producing unpasteurised raw honey from the months of May, June and July. There is a good mix of English hedgerows & pastures, clover, and borage flowers in the honey.

A mild creamy honey bursting with floral notes, its delicious.
