Our 100% Grass Fed, Free Range Lamb Steaks are taken from Lambs that have been dry-aged on the bone for 7-14 days before being cut from the rib and carefully trimmed to leave the most succulent, tender meat.
Ideal for any meal of the week but especially enjoyed during the Summer, marinated and cooked on the BBQ!
The quality of our meat reflects the diets and livelihoods our flocks enjoy. Our Lamb is a native breed, Lleyn, and is slowly grown to maturity on our pesticide-free pastures for nearly 12 months.
