Our free range chicken and turkey mince is a delicious and healthy alternative to make meatballs, spag bol, burgers and even sausage rolls with. It’s lean, low in fat, and has a wonderful ability to really absorb and enhance the flavours it is cooked with – from spicy Asian dishes to Spanish-inspired empanadas.

Our butchers dry-age our lamb on the bone for 7-14 days to tenderise the meat for a succulent texture and develop its sweeter flavour. Put simply, grass fed animals live and graze happily and naturally. They produce meat that is healthier and tastier for us, and the traditional farming helps support a biodiverse ecology.
