Cooking Instructions:-
Remove from packaging (leaving the pop-up probe in the breast meat) and place on a suitable oven tray
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees (170 degrees fan)
Cook chicken at 180 degrees, on the middle shelf in the oven.
The green cooking probe (already inserted) will ‘pop’ when the meat is cooked, which should be around 1 hour. Let it rest for 10-15 mins before carving.
